If you want hands-on coaching, real-world selling experience, and the chance to grow into senior roles as we scale, this is a great fit. What You’ll Do

Make outbound cold calls to business owners and executives on behalf of clients Send cold emails, follow-ups, and nurture sequences using our tech stack Manage leads, notes, and tasks inside our CRM Qualify prospects using clear criteria (we’ll train you) Book meetings and hand off leads smoothly to our clients Work closely with me to learn sales frameworks, objection handling, and prospecting best practices Represent Harbor BD professionally with every interaction What We’re Looking For

Comfortable making a high volume of cold calls (50–100+/day depending on client) Strong Communication and interpersonal skills Strong written communication for outbound emails Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks remotely Curious, coachable, and eager to learn (big one) A positive attitude—you like talking to people and don’t take rejection personally Experience in sales or customer-facing work is a plus but not required Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or any related field (is a plus but not required) Why Join Harbor BD
