RESPONSIBILITIES
Facilitate working sessions with business partners to gather information and build accurate process flows. Document processes, risks, and controls in a clear, structured format (Visio). Support first‑line teams by improving clarity, consistency, and completeness of risk documentation. Complete testing of processes and controls and assess compliance with procedures and controls related to enterprise, compliance and operational risk policies and standards. Report monthly testing results, trends, remediation, and root cause reviewed to management including opportunities identified within the processes for policies, procedures, and control enhancements. QUALIFICATIONS
Strong background in risk and compliance, ideally within the payments or financial services space. Experience with process documentation (creating documentation from scratch, not just maintaining existing procedures). Ability to assess and support controls, risks, and operational processes end‑to‑end.
