We’re looking for a high-performing Business Development Representative (BDR) with proven cold-calling experience to generate qualified opportunities by engaging real estate owners and operators managing $5M–$50M in assets under management (AUM).
This is not an entry-level role. You must be comfortable running high-volume outbound outreach, navigating conversations with sophisticated property owners, and qualifying real opportunities through direct phone engagement.

What You’ll Do
Execute high-volume outbound prospecting, primarily through cold calls
Engage real estate owners, investors, and operators with $5M–$50M AUM
Identify, qualify, and develop sales opportunities through structured discovery
Book qualified meetings for senior sales leadership or Account Executives
Handle objections confidently and guide conversations toward next steps
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data in CRM
Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to refine messaging and targeting
Continuously improve scripts, talk tracks, and objection handling
Must-Have Requirements
Proven cold-calling experience (real estate preferred, but not required)
Strong sales acumen and ability to sell to high-net-worth or asset-heavy prospects
Comfortable speaking with real estate owners and decision-makers
Demonstrated ability to handle objections and control conversations
Clear, confident phone presence
Experience working with CRM systems and outbound sales tools
Ability to hit daily activity and meeting-booked targets
