Manager, Trade Operations

* Perform ad‑hoc reporting, analytics, and documentation tasks based on evolving business needs.* Serve as a resource across the Trade organization (Operations, Strategy, Contracting, Relations) for analytics, contracting strategy, and recommendations.* Analyze data from multiple sources and clearly communicate insights to cross‑functional partners.* Evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance transactional efficiency, accuracy, and adaptability within a dynamic business environment.* 3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry preferably in a trade operations or similar role.* Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP), trade data platforms (IntegriChain or ValueCentric), EDI datasets (852/867), and visualization tools (Tableau).* Understanding of contracts, regulations, industry standards, and standard operating procedures.* Familiarity with pharmaceutical trade operations, distribution models, and compliance requirements.* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related field.* Proficiency with MS Office applications, with **advanced Excel skills** (e.g., VLOOKUP, PivotTables).* Ability to multitask, self‑start, and prioritize ad‑hoc requests in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.* Strong analytical skills and experience working with large or complex datasets.* Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences.r* Ability to make decisions, influence peers, and solve problems collaboratively. #J-18808-Ljbffr
