
We’re working with a global navigation and autonomy company delivering cutting-edge solutions into industry-leading platforms. As they continue to scale, they’re hiring a Business Development Executive to drive strategic growth across ground vehicle and land-based defense programs. This is a high-impact commercial role for someone who understands the defense ecosystem, knows how to sell into primes, and can translate advanced navigation technology into mission-critical capability for land systems.
Responsibilities
Own strategic growth across ground vehicle and land system programs, including armored platforms, tactical vehicles, and mobility systems
Identify and close new business with major primes and tiered defense integrators
Map and pursue adjacent opportunities across Army and land-focused defense programs
Act as the commercial lead across go-to-market, product, and support functions
Position APNT / INS solutions as enablers of navigation, guidance, stabilization, and autonomy in contested environments
Represent the company at industry events, customer briefings, demos, and key defense engagements
Qualifications
5+ years’ experience in business development or sales within the defense ecosystem (primes, integrators, or government programs)
Background supporting ground vehicles, land systems, or Army programs
Strong understanding of how navigation and positioning technologies integrate into wider system architectures
Familiarity with DoD acquisition processes and program lifecycles
Comfortable engaging both technical and procurement stakeholders
Must be a U.S. Person
