In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the omnichannel business at Walmart and Sam's Club. Your expertise will drive collaborative analytics, planning, forecasting, and replenishment strategies, ensuring operational success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage insights that enhance business outcomes, making a significant impact on our partner’s market presence. This role requires a sharp analytical mind and exceptional communication skills, as you set the strategy and lead execution.

Accountabilities

Collaborate with the Account & E-commerce Sales Managers to identify opportunities for growth.

Manage relationships with Walmart & Sam's Club teams across various functions.

Oversee inventory management, sales forecasts, and order management processes.

Resolve EDI errors while monitoring forecasting and logistics.

Act as a liaison between internal teams and Walmart to facilitate communication.

Analyze sales data to provide actionable insights on inventory and shopper behavior.

Drive digital-first strategies to improve e-commerce performance.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience with Walmart, Walmart.com, Sam’s Club & Sam’s Club.com.

Strong understanding of Walmart tools such as Retail Link and Nova.

Experience with syndicated data is a plus.

Knowledge of supply chain processes including forecasting and replenishment.

Prior experience in Walmart's Toy Department is preferred.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong customer service orientation.

Ability to compile data and present reports effectively.

Self-motivated with attention to detail and excellent prioritization skills.

Results-driven mindset focused on meeting sales goals.
