Responsible for end-to-end operational support for private client mandates, including trade capture, settlement, cash and asset reconciliation, and full life-cycle asset servicing. The team specializes in managing operational processes for asset classes such as Revolvers, Delayed Draw facilities, Term Loans, ABS, CMBS, and Privately Originated Loans. Responsibilities
Capture and maintain all life-cycle transactions and borrowings in internal systems. Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve position or transaction related inquiries. Perform daily cash and position reconciliations. Investigate and resolve breaks between internal systems and trustees/custodians. Monitor the private deal pipeline to ensure operational readiness and timely bookings. Ad Hoc reporting. Qualifications

In addition to strong analytical and quantitative skills, the successful candidate should have: Undergraduate degree with 2+ years of experience in middle office role. Working knowledge of security operations across both Loans and Fixed Income products. Working knowledge of asset life cycle activities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical skills and detail orientation Proficiency in Microsoft products, (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Ability to collaborate with multiple teams on technical issues. Advent Geneva, Bloomberg knowledge would be a plus. Expected annual base salary range: $115,000 - $150,000 Actual base salary within that range will be determined by several components including but not limited to the individual's experience, skills, qualifications and job location. For roles located outside of the US, please disregard the posted salary bands as these roles will follow a separate compensation process based on local market comparables. Additional compensation and benefits offered in connection with the role consist of comprehensive health benefits, including but not limited to medical, dental, vision, and FSA benefits; paid time off; life insurance; 401(k) plan; and discretionary bonuses.
