Responsibilities

Perform monthly Quality Control reviews of the Loan Servicing platform to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and investor requirements. Support monthly sampling and selection process for servicing qc clients, based on agency requirements and/or client requirements. Operate successfully in various systems and applications, including Indecomm’s audit platform (AuditGenius), client servicing systems, sub-servicer servicing systems, AllRegs, MERS and other related systems. Maintain an understanding of the current and applicable federal laws and regulations and investor guidelines related to mortgage loan servicing. Clearly describe any relevant information found within the loan file in the form of exceptions/findings, using concise, detailed commentary. Partner with Servicing QC Manager to run client audit reports in a timely manner. Assist with checklist updates, creation of job aids, updates to reporting dashboards as needed. Support MERS reviews as needed. Review and make final determination on rebuttals and responses from client or sub servicer, on audit findings cited. Assist members of Servicing QC team with other duties and projects as required. Perform Internal Quality Assurance reviews of files reviewed by production team. Identify errors and provide feedback to management so corrective actions can be implemented.
