Daily Wire is seeking a Designer who treats merchandise as fashion first, creating apparel and accessories—hats, tees, hoodies, and more—that stand on their own beyond logos. This role blends creative taste with commercial reality, requiring trend awareness, cultural fluency, and close collaboration with design, ecommerce, marketing, and production teams to deliver collections that perform from concept to launch. The ideal candidate has a strong fashion-driven portfolio, experience designing apparel people actually buy, and a clear point of view on how clothing expresses identity and belonging.

Design original merchandise across apparel, headwear, accessories, games, and other branded products
Create packaging that aligns with brand standards, product requirements, and production constraints
Produce vendor-ready, print-ready files including dielines, specs, and final artwork
Build detailed tech packs and design sheets for internal handoff and manufacturing
Design ecommerce assets including product imagery, PDP graphics, banners, and promotional visuals
Support seasonal launches, site updates, and ongoing merchandising needs
Communicate with vendors and internal teams to manage revisions, approvals, and timelines
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure consistent brand expression from concept through launch
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Merchandising, Fine Arts, or equivalent professional experience
3+ years of graphic design experience focused on merchandise, packaging, or ecommerce
Strong portfolio demonstrating product, packaging, and digital design expertise
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Experience preparing files for tech packs, print production, and manufacturing
Solid understanding of apparel and merchandise production workflows
Working knowledge of garment construction, trims, washes, fabrication, printing, embroidery, GSM, and cut-and-sew processes
Manufacturing experience including sampling, production oversight, and collaboration with domestic and overseas vendors
