Manager / Senior Manager, Digital Marketing (Amazon Ads)
role is fast-paced, autonomous, and supported by a collaborative team environment. The primary goal of this role is to
develop, manage, and optimize paid search and DSP campaigns on Amazon
for brand partners. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, a test-and-learn mindset, and a drive to continuously improve performance through keyword analysis, bidding strategies, and optimization. Key Responsibilities
Activate and optimize Amazon paid search campaigns on-platform Create, manage, and optimize: Sponsored Products Sponsored Brands Sponsored Display ads Develop strategies to drive traffic, increase sales, and maximize ROI Conduct keyword research and build effective targeting strategies Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights and recommendations Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting to meet performance goals Collaborate with content, creative, and partner management teams Stay current on Amazon advertising trends, tools, and best practices Research, create, categorize, and refine keyword lists for PPC campaigns Implement effective bidding strategies and keyword management Continuously assess and optimize campaign performance Leverage insights to inform
DSP / programmatic advertising strategies Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field 2+ years of hands-on Amazon Ads (PPC) management Experience managing advertising across multiple products Proven ability to manage large ad budgets ( $2M+ annually ) Experience with bid management tools such as: SA360, Skai, xMars, Pacvue, Perpetua, or similar Proficiency with Amazon Advertising Console and related tools Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making approach Deep understanding of Amazon advertising best practices: Campaign structure Keyword research Targeting strategies Bid management Experience with: Amazon Seller Central eBay, Walmart, or similar e-commerce platforms Highly detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally
