to join our in-house media team. You’ll shape how we communicate through video by editing a wide variety of B2B content — from podcasts and webinars to customer stories and social-first assets. You will report to the
Head of Video
and work with the
Sr. Video Production Lead
on day-to-day projects. This role blends creative storytelling with the technical aspects of post-production, including file management and quality control in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Edit a wide range of content, including:
Corporate testimonials and on-location B-roll
In-studio webinars and fireside chats
Virtual webinars
Long-form and short-form podcast video/audio content
Event highlight reels, product demos, and customer interviews
Social-first videos and multimedia content across platforms
Own the end-to-end post-production workflow, including:
Maintain and align an editor calendar with the overall production schedule
Manage projects in Airtable from edit kickoff through delivery
Conduct QC (quality control) on content produced internally or by external vendors
Utilize Frame.io for review rounds and incorporate feedback
Archive and organize all media within the NAS system
Ensure media is properly tagged, stored, and accessible to other editors
Narrative-driven editing
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Digital Marketing Director, Sr. Video Production Lead, Producers) to shape and refine creative direction
Production support & media management
Serve as digital media manager on shoot days, collaborating with the script supervisor to ingest, back up, and organize footage
Lead large-scale projects as the post-production coordinator, managing timelines and collaborating with contracted editors as needed
Who You Are
Strong proficiency in video editing software, especially Adobe Premiere Pro (Creative Cloud suite)
Working knowledge of motion graphics tools (After Effects preferred)
Solid understanding of:
Cinematography, lighting, audio workflows, and color grading practices
Video formats, codecs, and export settings for digital platforms
Strong narrative instincts with the ability to craft cohesive stories from complex inputs
Proven project management skills, able to manage multiple concurrent timelines and deadlines
Familiarity with Frame.io, Airtable, and collaborative review workflows
Experience operating production equipment and managing media during shoots
Comfort working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with multiple stakeholders and rounds of feedback
