About You
As the Social Media & Community Engagement Specialist, you support the execution of Noodles & Company’s organic social media presence and influencer/community programs. This hands-on, execution-focused role is responsible for day-to-day social engagement, community management, creator coordination, and trend monitoring across platforms. You bring a detail-oriented and creative approach to your work, are comfortable working directly within social platforms, and are excited to grow in social media, influencer marketing, and community building while supporting an active, engaging brand presence.

Your Day in the Life
Support daily proactive and reactive engagement across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, Threads), including commenting, giveaway execution, and guest care assistance.
Actively respond to direct messages across Instagram, Facebook, X, Threads, TikTok, and Catering-related channels.
Assist with executing campaign moments in partnership with the agency and Social Media Manager.
Support social listening efforts and help escalate issues, trends, or opportunities as needed.
Maintain on-brand captions, comments, and responses across two-way engagement.
Occasionally support in-house social media shoots and content creation, including contributing to key social series.
Help track and manage freefluencer and Ambassador programs, including surprise-and-delight efforts, metrics tracking, and ongoing community engagement.
Support creator gifting, tracking, and communication.
Maintain influencer lists, trackers, and basic performance stats as a shared asset library.
Pull and organize basic social and influencer performance metrics on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
Assist with campaign recaps and performance summaries.
Help maintain organized asset libraries, calendars, and reporting systems.
What You Bring To The Team
2–5 years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and evolving social content trends.
Familiarity with Canva or video editing tools is a plus.
Comfort writing casual, on-brand copy with attention to tone and voice.
Experience with social publishing or creator tools (e.g., Sprout, Aspire) is a plus.
Reliable, on-time execution of social content and engagement.
Strong community responsiveness and brand-aligned interactions.
Ability to support creator programs with clear coordination and follow-through.
Organized tracking that supports reporting and insights
Willingness to be on camera, behind the camera, or involved in the creative process for social content development.
This is a hybrid role with 2-3 days per week in our Support Office in Broomfield, Colorado. We’re seeking candidates who either reside locally or are open to relocating.
