UPerform Instructional Designer (W2 Only)

Overview
Our client is seeking a uPerform Instructional Designer for a contract position that can be worked remotely. All candidates must have extensive experience working with uPerform providing instructional design.
Responsibilities
Convert existing classroom-based Epic courses into uPerform eLearning modules.
Reduce or eliminate classroom time and staff travel for training.
Deliver high quality digital learning materials aligned with the training strategy.
Complete the project by June 2026.
Qualifications Candidates must have a strong background in uPerform in order to convert classroom training to online modules and teach others how to use the modules.

Location: Chicago, IL (fully remote)
Pay range: $67.00 - $81.73/hr
