Job Summary The Marketing Analyst plays a key role in establishing the systems, reporting frameworks, and data foundations that support SERVPRO’s digital marketing efforts. This role partners closely with teams across Communications, Growth Media, SEO, Creative, Customer Experience, and Technology to continually refine and improve digital experiences. The analyst examines performance media, site behavior, analytics, and audience segmentation to uncover insights that strengthen business performance and enhance the customer journey.

You will

Partner with functional marketing teams (e.g. social, paid media, SEO, .COM) to define and measure full funnel Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), with emphasis on spend efficiency and channel contribution to revenue.

Leverage data processing and analytical tools to explore large datasets, identify insights, and highlight trends that inform business strategy and drive business decisions.

Translate complex performance data into clear, compelling insights and narratives for both internal stakeholders and external partners.

Take ownership of key workstreams by proactively identifying opportunities where technology, data, or innovative approaches can solve business challenges in new and impactful ways.

Build and maintain scalable reporting systems that improve visibility into campaign performance and channel Return on Investment (ROI) across the organization.

Develop dashboards and self-service tools that reduce manual reporting effort and improve data accuracy.

Conduct root-cause analyses to diagnose data anomalies, identify inefficiencies, and uncover growth opportunities across paid, organic, and brand campaigns.

Assist in building departmental forecasts and completing monthly operating reports that support ongoing performance management.

You have

3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success in meeting performance goals in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Intelligence, or related department.

Strong understanding of marketing performance metrics and data flow across paid and organic media, and digital channels.

Ability to collect, mine, and manipulate data from disparate data sources, with a willingness to dig deeper and understand the process that creates data.

Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights, and effectively communicate these insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Proficiency with core analytics tools and methods, including data extraction, manipulation, and visualization (e.g., SQL, Tableau, Advanced Excel).

Hands-on experience working with key marketing and telephony insights platforms (e.g. Google, Meta, Invoca, etc).

Knowledge of external SEO performance platforms like SEM Rush, hotjar etc.

Ability to brainstorm, contribute, and adjust in a high-performance team environment, with the confidence to take the lead and guide other departments when necessary.

Strong understanding of statistical significance and robust test analysis.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Bias to action and a committed, intrinsically motivated effort toward raising the bar through constant learning and improvement.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or Computer Science or related field
