The Digital Content Creator will lead the creation and management of multimedia content across all digital platforms to engage audiences and strengthen brand presence. This role requires expertise in visual storytelling, video production, and interactive media, alongside strong editorial skills. The Creator will ensure that all content is optimized for digital channels and aligned with organizational goals. Essential Job Functions

The individual in this position is expected to engage in the following work-related activities. Multimedia Content Creation

Produce and edit videos and other interactive media for web and social platforms. Develop compelling visual assets (graphics, animations, and infographics) that enhance storytelling. Oversee photography and video shoots, including scripting and storyboarding. Build a multimedia-first content strategy that aligns with campaigns and audience engagement goals. Amplify the NPF content strategy with complementary videos, animation, or other visual media. Identify emerging trends in video and interactive content to keep the organization ahead of the curve. Build strategy for YouTube channels, managing the channel to ensure timely publishing and optimal performance. Analytics & Optimization

Track performance of multimedia content using analytics tools. Provide insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach. Work closely with marketing, communications, and other internal teams to integrate multimedia into campaigns. Collaborate with internal marketing team and vendors to enhance multimedia capabilities on the website. Coordinate with external agencies, freelancers, and production partners (as needed). Skill Profile & Job Qualifications

The individual in this position is expected to possess and exhibit the following knowledge, skills and abilities as well as meeting the following qualifications to perform the essential functions of this position. Bachelor’s degree in digital media, communications, marketing, or related field. 5-7+ years of experience in multimedia content creation and management (or equivalent). Proficiency in video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for video and visual content. Excellent writing/communications, storytelling, and project management skills. Preferred Skills

Knowledge of motion graphics and animation. Familiarity with SEO for video and multimedia content. Experience with audio editing and podcast production. Organizational Structure and Relationships

This role works collaboratively with all Foundation departments and staff. Physical Requirements
