USF Athletics is seeking a strategic and data-driven Director, Consumer Marketing to lead all fan-facing, revenue-generating marketing efforts across paid media, digital platforms, and owned communication channels. This role is responsible for developing and executing integrated consumer marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, attendance, fan acquisition, engagement, and retention. Responsibilities

Lead all fan-facing, revenue-generating marketing efforts across paid media, digital platforms, and owned communication channels to develop and execute integrated consumer marketing strategies that drive ticket sales, attendance, fan acquisition, engagement, and retention. Oversee paid advertising, the USF Athletics website, email marketing, and the mobile app, directly managing and developing two managers responsible for these functional areas. Shape the fan journey and ensure cohesive, measurable, and high-performing marketing efforts across all touchpoints. Qualifications / Core competencies
