Overview
Position overview
– The Dealer Marketing Specialist supports PCNA’s Dealer Marketing efforts and the Manager, Dealer Marketing through management of the Porsche Dealer Marketing Services (PDMS) program, knowledge of business and marketing objectives, as well as the understanding of local marketing and retail sales needs of Porsche Field and Porsche Center network. This position involves the development of and support of department platforms and programs including holistic management of the PDMS platform, program reporting, and collaboration with both internal and external partners and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute Porsche Dealer Marketing Services (PDMS) programs, in coordination with PCNA’s creative agency and within Porsche Brand Design guidelines
Collaborate with other PCNA internal teams and external partners on both weekly and monthly projects such as Marketing Performance Bonus program and Targeted Co-op programs as well as Porsche Center Website and social media reporting
Facilitate local Porsche Center involvement and develop Marketing Performance Bonus eligible materials to support national communications and experiential platforms in conjunction with Area Marketing Managers, PDMS Field Representatives, and PCNA Regional Managers
Communicate and merchandise PCNA’s national marketing efforts to Porsche Centers and PCNA Field employees through PCNA’s intranet and additional communications
Manage Porsche Center creative production process including production of creative templates, national advertising and communications materials, Porsche Center required event concepts and guidelines and uploading final assets to the Dealer Marketing Platform
Support PCNA AfterSales and Accessories marketing projects as needed as well as oversee Porsche Aftersales Marketing Service program from a Brand Design compliance perspective.
Organize marketing steps for planned network actions related to Porsche Center buy-sells, grand openings, and other similar events
Oversee inventory management and distribution of Porsche Center point-of-sale materials, customer give-away items, showroom display systems elements, and other branded collateral items
Manage department Accounting, Finance, and Procurement responsibilities to ensure fully accurate and compliant processes related to planning, forecasting, and executing financial budget responsibilities
Responsible for the proper usage of, awareness of, and compliance with Information Technology security policies at Porsche Cars North America
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Advertising
Up to 3 to 5 years’ experience across event marketing, retail marketing, marketing communications, and / or customer service
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Working knowledge of the Porsche brand
Extremely well organized; excellent attention to detail
Ability to work autonomously and independently
Strong team player
Works independently, without frequent direction
Strong analytical skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Schedule/Shift: Hybrid
Compensation and benefits The salary range for this role is $70,000-$80,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.
