#### Braintrust# User Experience (UX) Designer**OVERLAP WITH WESTCOAST AND EASTCOAST HOURS STRONGLY PREFERRED**
**Responsibilities:**
• Translate product requirements into elegant, scalable, and intuitive user experiences for our consumer-facing web and native applications.
• Proactively generate and ideate net new solutions that drive Reddit growth
• Proactively collaborate with product managers, engineering peers and other UX designers to land novel and innovative solutions for Reddit's core surfaces
• Communicate and coordinate well with remote team members across several time zones.
• Collaborate with other designers, product managers, engineers, and UX researchers with effective exploration, communication, and presentation to realize deliverables.
• Strong communication and presentation skills are necessary due to frequent opportunities to present to the c-suite and senior leadership
• Curiosity towards novel and delightful interaction design
• Ability to work in a multi-matrixed organization partnering with cross-functional peers among engineering, design, content, creative, product, and researchers
• **Bonus:** being able to prototype ideas and concepts in HTML/CSS in live code is a growing need, so candidates with this skill will be prioritized #J-18808-Ljbffr
