What began as a small local shop has grown into one of the leading destinations for Trading Card Game players and collectors around the world. We’re driven by a shared love for gaming and community, offering both an engaging online experience and a vibrant in-store atmosphere. Our mission is to be the ultimate home for fans to connect, compete, and celebrate the games they love. While Yu-Gi-Oh! has always been our foundation, we’re expanding into exciting new titles like Pokémon, One Piece, Riftbound, and Disney Lorcana. Our Long Island City store serves as the heart of our community, hosting tournaments, events, and gatherings that bring players together both in person and online. About the Role
The Multimedia Specialist owns visual content production across our company’s marketing channels (social, web, PR, paid, events). This role is responsible for ensuring the marketing team maintains consistent creative output quickly and efficiently to achieve audience growth targets across primary social platforms, and to support growth, conversion and brand trust. The Multimedia Specialist will also play a critical role in preventing creative fatigue and scaling content efficiently. This role is full-time, on-site from 9:00am - 5:30pm, and reports to the Director of Marketing. What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end production of social media assets, brand guidelines, and graphics Turn live shows, events, and retail moments into reusable creative assets Maintain creative velocity standards (21+ new assets/week) Produce trust-driven content (condition standards, packing, shipping, proof) Support marketing’s paid efforts with high-performing creative variants Partner with Social Media team & Analyst on formats, trends, and platform optimization Support website initiatives with PDP and trust modules Maintain organized asset libraries and creative tagging for analytics Qualifications
3-5+ years in multimedia, video production, or graphic design roles Advanced video editing and production skills; familiarity with tools like Capcut, Final Cut Pro X, Motion Array, Adobe Suite Tools - Photoshop, Davinci, Canva Experience supporting web, paid and organic social teams with creative assets Ability to work quickly without losing detail or polish Retail, e-commerce/live commerce or creator content experience preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Video production, Marketing, or related field preferred Familiarity / enthusiasm for Pokemon or other TCG products preferred Benefits
