Overview

Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt failsafe microreactor designed to be transported where power is needed and run for up to five years without refueling. Radiant aims to provide portable nuclear power with rapid deploy capability to replace diesel generators and support hospitals, data centers, remote sites, and military bases. Founded in 2020, Radiant plans to test its first reactor next year at Idaho National Laboratory, with initial customer deliveries beginning in 2028. We’re looking for a Content Producer to own Radiant’s visual content—from documenting daily engineering progress to producing polished videos for milestone announcements. You’ll be embedded with our hardware teams, capturing work as it happens and translating it into content that works across social media, events, investor updates, and traditional media. This is a hands-on production role. You’ll shoot, edit, and produce content while coordinating with external vendors for larger projects.
