Our client, a leading global professional services organization, is seeking a

Digital Marketing Coordinator

to maintain digital properties and coordinating projects. This role combines hands-on website and email management with project tracking and team support, ensuring that digital initiatives move forward on schedule and are executed to a high standard.

Responsibilities

Perform website content edits and updates, including lawyer biographies, practice pages, and event postings

Leverage content management tools to audit and maintain website accuracy

Coordinate quality assurance of website deployments

Support SEO updates and digital analytics reporting

Track progress of ongoing digital marketing projects and ensure tasks are completed on time

Schedule meetings, prepare project trackers, and maintain shared documentation

Monitor deliverables, dependencies, and deadlines across the team

Assist in filling gaps and reallocating tasks when needed to keep initiatives on track

Assist with email marketing campaigns, including content updates and reporting

Assemble reports on website, social media, SEO, and internal performance

Maintain data hygiene for mailing lists and engagement records

Provide administrative support and cross-team coordination

Skills and experience

Required:

After orientation at client, exhibit proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, iManage and other applications

Available to work overtime, as required

2+ years of experience in digital marketing, communications, or project coordination

Familiarity with website content management systems and basic digital marketing tools

Coursework or knowledge of digital marketing topics such as analytics, website development and SEO

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree

Technical acumen and interest in digital marketing topics

Growing technical knowledge, including HTML, SEO, analytics and search platforms and analytical software

Compensation $45 - $55 Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications
