OPSWAT is seeking an experienced and dynamic Field Marketing Manager to lead our field marketing efforts and drive business growth in Central, Southern and Eastern Europe. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in field marketing and communications. The Field Marketing Manager will report to the VP of Global Events & Communications and collaborate closely with the Vice President of Sales for EMEA and the EMEA sales teams. You will also work closely with corporate marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and regional sales and government teams – along with our network of channel partners. What You Will Be Doing Field Marketing Alignment and Execution: Tradeshow and conferences across Central, Southern and Eastern Europe Marketing investment appraisal and recommendation Submit event and field marketing content for social media Manage local marketing spend and processes adherence Assist OPSWAT sales teams with region-focused marketing activities, such as webinars, local collaboration, and marketing material creation and localization Manage lead flow and follow-up reporting outcomes for all activities Plan and manage regular partner webinars Assist with planning / leading partner summits Provide planning and program management support for joint marketing investments and programs Review and provide feedback on marketing plans – and assist partners in executing plans What We Need From You Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years B2B technology field marketing experience Experience setting up and managing webinars and in-person events Experience executing outbound email marketing and social media campaigns Experience building marketing plans with channel partners and managing an MDF program Excellent time management skills, and ability to work with remote teams with a high level of autonomy Self-motivation , intellectual curiosity with a winning attitude, agile, take pride in exceeding sales goals Passion to continuously monitor success of marketing initiatives, proactively engage with partners and stakeholders, and implement new ideas to improve performance Ability to travel throughout EMEA as necessary Excellent speaking, writing, analytical and presentation skills Excellent PowerPoint, Word, and Excel skills Native or fluent German speaker, based in Germany. The Position: We are seeking a dynamic copywriter to join our marketing team. Do you consider yourself a storyteller? Focusing on a core line of business, you will collaborate with product marketing, subject matter experts, content strategy, other writers, and designers to develop relevant and engaging marketing communications to grow our customer base, drive revenue, and raise brand awareness. What You Will Be Doing: Develop informative and compelling short-and long-form content for various B2B cybersecurity audiences across all marketing channels. Create, proofread, and edit content for diverse mediums, including digital ad copy, email sequences, newsletters, web copy, infographics, video scripts, blogs, eBooks, and product collateral. Collaborate with product marketing stakeholders and subject matter experts to gather information for comprehensive content such as white papers and case studies. Manage creative content projects to ensure stakeholder approval and that project deadlines are met. Contribute innovative ideas for novel content opportunities and formats. Uphold the consistency of brand voice, style, and standards within all communications. Collaborate with designers to create compelling marketing communications that prompt audience engagement and action. Use data analytics to evaluate and improve content performance and delivery. Support SEO optimization efforts, ensuring web content is search engine-friendly and targeted towards specific keywords. What We Need From You: Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related field, with significant experience writing for marketing. Have 1-3 year(s) of experience creating and adapting content across a range of mediums. Online portfolio showcasing relevant examples of your work. Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing skills, with a meticulous attention to detail. Strong research capabilities and presentation skills. Experience with SEO writing and understanding of SEO principles. Ability to work collaboratively across time zones and manage multiple priorities. Experience coordinating with freelance writers and agency partners. Commitment to professional and ethical representation of our company at all times. OPSWAT is seeking an entry-level Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of OPSWAT’s global organic social media program as we scale in 2026. This role focuses on day-to-day social publishing, campaign support, employee advocacy execution, and basic performance tracking across core and emerging platforms. Working closely with the Social Media Director and cross-functional teams across Revenue Marketing, Corporate Communications, Product Marketing, Events, and Creative, this role supports the delivery of clear, engaging social content based on established strategy and guidance. This position is ideal for someone early in their social media career who is eager to learn, build strong execution skills, and develop an understanding of how performance data, platforms, and AI-driven discovery influence modern social media programs. This role is onsite at our corporate office in Tampa, FL and does not offer remote or hybrid work. What You Will Be Doing Support the scheduling, publishing, and monitoring of organic social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, YouTube, Threads, and Bluesky using Sprout Social. Help maintain and update the global social media content calendar to ensure posts are accurate and published on time. Adapt existing marketing content into social-ready formats and assist with amplification of product launches, events, research, and thought leadership.
