* Assist Regional Director with:* Implementation and carrying out of quality management processes.* Job interviews.* Ensuring team members meet the qualifications for employment, screenings have been completed.* Assuring no one is hired who is on any disqualification list or who has questionable references.* Ensuring all required staff training has been completed and documented.* Demonstrate interest in long-term and short-term goals and objectives of the organization.* Other duties as assigned by Leadership Team.* Represent organization and the individuals served in a positive manner to clients, team members, community agencies, and community members.* Treat all clients served and their families with dignity and respect.* Adhere to all confidentiality maintenance requirements, including HIPAA.* Judiciously complete documentation and related paperwork required for billing purposes.* Perform general clerical duties including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate client records.* Attend and actively participate in supervisory sessions.* Function in accordance with organization guidelines and within their own professional code of ethics.* Participate in all required meetings.* Regularly participate in self-evaluation and assigned team members evaluations according to operational guidelines (*Periodic evaluation of team member will be based upon the extent to which the listed principal responsibilities are satisfied.
