on-site Wholesale Mortgage Account Executive
who thrives on building relationships, opening doors, and turning conversations into funded loans. If you’re already an inside AE with broker relationships—or a strong call-center sales professional ready to step into wholesale lending—we’ll give you the training, tools, and support to win. What You’ll Do
Make
50–70 outbound calls per day
to prospective mortgage brokers and bankers Recruit, onboard, and gain approval for new broker partners Build and manage relationships with Mortgage Loan Originators Own the full sales cycle—from first call to loan funding Provide pipeline reports, forecasts, and production updates to leadership Set, track, and consistently hit realistic sales goals Establish long-term partnerships that drive repeat business Use sound judgment and discretion in a fast-paced sales environment What We Offer Our Partners

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 2–3 years of successful sales experience Mortgage industry experience a plus (Non-QM production strongly preferred if applicable) Strong communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, goal-driven, and relationship-focused Knowledge of state and federal lending regulations is a plus—but not required Base Salary:
$37,050 + volume-based commission Bonus opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Schedule:
