Remote Director, Regional Sales, EastThe Regional Sales Manager is responsible for driving the growth of sales and market share for 3rd Eye Subscriptions, 3rd Eye Digital Gateways, 3rd Eye Cameras, and 3rd Eye hardware parts within the assigned Area of Responsibility (AOR) through the Connected Collections strategy. This role is accountable for all sales activities in the assigned AOR, including the effective management of distributors and direct sales personnel, ensuring both represent 3rd Eye with excellence in their respective markets. Candidates located in the Eastern region are strongly preferred.Oversee quote preparation and submission processes, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and alignment with customer requirements. Collaborate with the Regional Sales Director on credit and collections activities as needed.This role requires up to 60% of travel.5–7 years of progressive sales or account management experience, ideally in technology, heavy equipment, or related industries. Experience in the refuse, fleet software, fleet management, or heavy truck industry is a strong plus. Demonstrated leadership skills with proven ability to manage and develop sales teams and distributor relationships. Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.Ability to work collaboratively with Regional Sales Directors and other managers to achieve growth targets.
