Overview
National leaders in structural and fiscal health for condos and commercial buildings. We have recovered 1 billion dollars across 19 states, with 35 employees and offices in FL and NJ. We have earned five FLCAJ Diamond Awards (Engineering & Building Services; 2021–2025). We are a small, performance‑driven team focused on investing in people to corner this market. We seek a hunter with elite numbers, work ethic, and mentality. This role emphasizes closing high‑value opportunities in a rapidly expanding market with a strong emphasis on compliance-driven demand in engineering reports and reserve studies. What we do
Two of our five services are legally mandated: engineering reports for structural safety and reserve studies for condos’ 30‑year budgets. Our other three sectors integrate Insurance Recovery: damage claims, appraisals, and FEMA. This role targets condo and commercial building clients and supports construction and government directions through 2027. Responsibilities
Generate and manage a workflow of 50+ opportunities weekly, nurture all open deals, and close them through the sales cycle. Visit 15+ companies weekly when on the road; target property management firms that manage condo portfolios. Prepare and present building and structural assessments, scope outlines, and reports; coordinate with internal teams on construction monitoring and project delivery. Develop and maintain CRM activity, track leads, and manage diaries and tasks to maximize resolution timelines. Collaborate with other teams to deliver comprehensive client solutions (engineering, appraisals, insurance claims, FEMA recoveries). Qualifications
4-year Bachelor’s degree; professional engineer (PE) license preferred; 2+ industry designations and 3+ years inspecting buildings and estimating renovations over $150k. Elite work ethic, self-motivation, discipline, and senior-level time management. Strong executive presence, communication, and public speaking; ability to thrive under pressure and manage client relationships. Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and outside-the-box analytics for best-case resolutions. CRM experience; fluency with Google Docs/Sheets and related platforms; valid driver’s license; willingness to travel regionally 15–25%. Compensation & Benefits
Average first-year OTE is $125–$150K; uncapped commissions with upfront paid components. Good first-year OTE is $150–$200K; great is $200K+. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, HSA, life insurance, 401(k) with matching, laptop, cell phone, PTO, paid holidays, and meal/luncheon reimbursements. How we work
Mondays and Fridays: work from home, through our CRM. You generate and nurture 50+ leads daily. Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays: on the road visiting 15+ companies daily. Travel is statewide to support project delivery. Closing focus: we look for closers who can consistently generate opportunities and convert them into revenue. Eligibility & Equal Opportunity
We are Equal Opportunity Employers and do not discriminate on any basis. All employees’ first 90 days are probationary; benefits start after.
