Join our team as the expert you are now and create your future.**As the Healthcare Consulting Senior Director - Intelligent Care, you will:** Stay abreast of emerging technologies and market trends in intelligent care, advising clients on scalable innovations that enhance safety, quality, and clinician experience. Quantify the financial investment and return on investment (ROI) of intelligent care initiatives by modeling costs, benefits, and operational impact across areas such as labor optimization, length of stay reduction, avoided capital spend, and care team efficiency Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to quantify benefits, identify risks, and develop solutions for performance improvement initiatives, while communicating effectively to understand client challenges, create customized solutions, and manage expectations.**Requirements:** Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years of progressive healthcare management consulting experience. A combination of consulting and senior leadership roles within provider organizations may be considered, but strong healthcare consulting experience is essential. Experience should include:Extensive healthcare operations experience directing a large hospital department and / or team-based projects with a focus on process engineering / performance improvement initiatives and broad-based change management optimizationHands on familiarity with hospital command center operations, care coordination models, or centralized operational oversight structures. Demonstrated ability to bridge clinical workflows with digital enablement, ensuring operational, clinical, and technical alignment.
Experience working with EHR systems, interoperability standards, and vendor ecosystems to support integrated clinical operations. Strong technical and analytical fluency, including systems thinking, event drivenability to manage complex healthcare consulting engagements, balancing client relationship management, delivery oversight, and strategic support for growth initiatives across provider and payer organizations.
