Positions start as part-time hours (about 20-25 per week); potential to build up to full-time hours – depending on availability and caseload in certain areas We are looking for specialists in these areas (we match you with cases closest to your home): San Gabriel Covina Riverside Corona/Chino San Bernardino Redlands May have need in areas such as Menifee/Perris as well *Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin-Chinese, or any other language(s) is in high need

Raising a child with a developmental disability is a journey that takes knowledge, love, patience, and support. You will be part of a team that provides in-home early intervention specialized services for infants and toddlers where they can naturally learn and develop. Plan, schedule and provide weekly early educational in-home services for a caseload of infant/toddlers with disabilities including developmental delays and programs for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders. Administer and document all program assessments and updates accurately to meet timelines. Design, implement, and adapt activities for language, cognitive, fine and gross motor, sensory, self-help, and social/emotional development, for each individual child, utilizing best practices. Model effective adult-child interactions and provide written information on parenting, child development, and provide parents with written weekly activities and effective coaching. Monitor, document, and share the child’s progress with the family and team. This is a great position to start or advance in a therapeutic services career. May be able to count years of experience working with children in place of Bachelor’s degree. ( example : 2 years of college plus 2 years of experience working/volunteering with children would be equivalent) Some coursework in Early Childhood education or Human Development or related is desired

One year experience working with infants or young children and their parents/guardians

*if candidate has Bachelor’s degree (any major) experience requirement may be waived

Valid CA driver’s license in good standing; also must have been licensed driver for at least one year (in any US state) Access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance Strong attention to detail and organizational skills and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Effective communication skills to manage relationships a compassionate approach and a commitment to quality in everything you do Flexible availability that may include daytime as well as some evening and some weekend meeting times.
