Als Gründungsmitglied des neu aufgebauten Spektrix-DACH-Teams arbeitest du als Business Development & Solutions Specialist an der Schnittstelle von Vertrieb, Implementierung und langfristigem Kundenerfolg. Du vertrittst Spektrix gegenüber potenziellen Kund:innen, Partnern und Interessenten in Deutschland, Österreich und der Schweiz.

Die Position richtet sich an belastbare und engagierte Persönlichkeiten, die gerne Verantwortung übernehmen und Freude an abwechslungsreichen Aufgaben haben. Du begleitest unsere Kund:innen entlang der gesamten Customer Journey – vom ersten Kontakt über System-Demos und Implementierungsprojekte bis hin zum laufenden Support. Dabei bietest du eine persönliche und zuverlässige Betreuung mit der Sorgfalt, fachlichen Tiefe und Servicequalität, für die Spektrix bekannt ist.

Die interne Arbeitssprache bei Spektrix ist Englisch, die externe Kommunikation des DACH-Teams erfolgt auf Deutsch.

Deine Verantwortlichkeiten

Sales Support:

Durchführung technischer System-Demos und Discovery-Sessions, um potenziellen Kund:innen zu zeigen, wie die Lösungen von Spektrix ihre geschäftlichen Anforderungen erfüllen. Du unterstützt zudem den weiteren Sales-Zyklus durch Prospecting, Lead-Qualifizierung und die Mitarbeit an Ausschreibungen.

Implementierungs-Management:

Begleitung der Onboarding- und System-Implementierungsprojekte von der Vertragsunterzeichnung bis zum Go-Live. Du erstellst realistische Projektzeitpläne, stellst durch aktive Kommunikation eine hohe Systemadoption sicher, koordinierst interne sowie externe Stakeholder und bereitest unsere Kund:innen auf langfristigen Erfolg vor.

Client Support:

Du bist die zentrale Anlaufstelle für unsere DACH-Kund:innen bei allen Support-Anfragen, von täglichen Anwendungsfragen bis hin zu Consulting-Projekten. Dabei wirst du von unseren etablierten, globalen Client-Success-Teams unterstützt.

Marktrepräsentation & Stakeholder-Management:

Du fungierst als wichtige:r Botschafter:in für Spektrix in der DACH-Region, auf Branchenevents und im direkten Kontakt mit Interessierten und Partnern. Die starke Bindung, die du extern aufbaust, spiegelt sich in deiner engen Zusammenarbeit mit unseren globalen Teams wider, um ein nahtloses und professionelles Erlebnis für unsere Partner sicherzustellen.

Marktanalyse & Feedback: Du trägst zur Optimierung von Spektrix für den DACH-Markt bei, indem du lokale Anforderungen dokumentierst – wie zum Beispiel Zahlungsanbieter (Payment-Gateways), steuerliche Regelungen oder kulturspezifische Workflows – und diese Erkenntnisse an unsere Produkt- und Entwicklungsteams weitergibst.

Operative Exzellenz:

Sicherstellung hoher Standards bei der Datenintegrität durch die genaue Erfassung aller Vertriebsaktivitäten und Projektmeilensteine in unseren internen Systemen (z. B. HubSpot) sowie regelmäßige Updates für interne Stakeholder.
