We are a highly regarded, fast-growing, faith-based private optometric practice known for exceptional patient experiences, reflected in more than 900 five-star reviews. Our multi-doctor clinical team leads a collaborative, values-driven culture where faith matters, and we are excited to open a stunning, brand-new 7,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art eyecare facility in June 2026. This role offers a rare opportunity to help lead, shape, and elevate one of the most beautiful and thoughtfully designed eyewear centers in the country—created to deliver a premium, boutique optical experience that clearly differentiates from a retail environment. WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR This role is ideal for someone who has successfully led optical teams, enjoys developing people, understands both the art and science of dispensing, and views optics as a clinical extension of the exam rather than a transaction. You are energized by creating exceptional patient journeys, mentoring teams, and curating eyewear environments that are both clinically sound and visually inspiring.
