Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, researchers, and content strategists to translate business goals and user insights into intuitive, conversion‑focused designs.
Advocate for UX principles and data‑informed decisions during planning, prioritization, and sprint activities.
Ensure accessibility, responsive design, and performance best practices are integrated into all deliverables.
Provide direction, feedback, and UX expertise without requiring daily oversight; proactively identify design opportunities, risks, and solutions.
Support streamlined implementation by partnering closely with development teams to ensure design fidelity and feasibility.
Job Qualifications
5–8+ years of UX design experience, with significant background in e‑commerce, complex web applications, or multi‑site ecosystems.
Demonstrated experience leading large‑scale redesigns or platform migrations.
Expertise in Figma and contemporary design/prototyping tools.
Strong understanding of interaction design, information architecture, usability heuristics, and responsive design.
Experience building or contributing to design systems and working within CMS‑driven environments.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to influence decisions across cross‑functional teams.
Independent, self‑directed working style with the ability to manage ambiguity in fast‑moving environments.
The potential compensation range for this role is below. The final offer amount would be based on various factors such as candidate location (geographical labor market), experience, and skills: $96,500.00 - $120,600.00
