The AI Platform Engineering team builds and supports systems that enable creativity, personalization, and operational excellence across the company. You’ll be part of a team that values innovation, agility, and impact—where your work directly contributes to the future of entertainment. What You’ll Do

Develop wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile platforms Design intuitive user journeys and workflows for complex, internal-facing systems Partner with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to implement and refine design solutions Ensure designs align with established visual standards while maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic Conduct user testing and incorporate feedback to iterate and improve designs Present design concepts, rationale, and user insights clearly to cross-functional teams Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices and apply them proactively Clean, user-centric design aesthetic, brand awareness with strong attention to detail Creative problem-solving and systems thinking Knowledge of accessibility design standards and any regional policies impacting design decisions Required Qualifications & Skills

Minimum of 5 years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems 4+ years of expert-level proficiency in Figma, including auto layout, nested components, and shared libraries Strong experience building wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes Previous experience working on AI products/platforms Experience working in Agile environments and fast-paced delivery teams Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate design decisions Preferred Qualifications

Familiarity with usability testing tools and methodologies Knowledge of scripting tools for style formats Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress Required Education

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software, Electrical or Electronics Engineering, or comparable field of study, and/or equivalent work experience #DISNEYTECH The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $135,400 - $181,600 per year and in Burbank, California is $129,300 - $173,300 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
