Partner with Impact. Kestra is seeking a strategic and innovative Business Architect to help shape our Advisor Tech Strategy. In this pivotal role, you’ll bridge business needs with technology solutions, designing and aligning processes, systems, and vendor integrations to support our growing network of advisors and affiliated firms. You’ll collaborate with leaders across technology, compliance, and business functions to deliver scalable, interoperable solutions that enhance both advisor and client experiences. What you’ll do

Map and manage dependencies across the advisor technology ecosystem for Kestra Holdings. Define vendor integration requirements for workflows and ensure interoperability with internal and external systems. Develop onboarding strategies for new firms and optimize processes for existing affiliates. Establish historical data conversion strategies. Define and document a multi-year advisor technology roadmap, aligning solutions with business priorities. Partner with technical and business leadership to ensure technology investments drive advisor growth, compliance, and client engagement. Evaluate technology approaches for total cost of ownership (TCO). Collaborate with leadership and affiliated executives to align technology with advisor needs. Facilitate working sessions to gather requirements to improve integrations across vendors and within Kestra’s Digital Technology stack. Communicate roadmap progress and vendor evaluations to stakeholders. Define and implement a roadmap for migrating acquired firms onto Bluespring’s preferred technology stack (CRM, portfolio management, planning tools, data platforms). Oversee interoperability and security standards across systems, ensuring compliance and scalability. Lead technical design sessions and coordinate API integrations, data migrations, and platform rationalization. Evaluate and select best-in-class vendors to support Bluespring’s unified ecosystem. Negotiate contracts, manage vendor performance, and enforce governance standards. Drive vendor optimization initiatives to reduce complexity and improve ROI. Partner with M&A, Operations, Compliance, and Technology teams to align integration plans with business objectives. Communicate technical strategy and progress to senior stakeholders and executive leadership. Provide guidance and mentorship to technical consultants and project teams. What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field (MBA preferred). 3+ years of industry experience, with a focus on technical M&A, due diligence and integration. Proven track record in vendor technology evaluation, contract negotiation, and multi-system integration. Expertise in CRM, portfolio accounting, financial planning, and API integration frameworks. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Deep understanding of cybersecurity, data migration, and infrastructure design. Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and integration tools. Internal Application Policy: Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra.
