Market Development Representative
that will be in the field Monday–Friday. The territory consists of Brooklyn, Bronx, Manhattan, Staten Island and Queens. We offer weekly pay between $60,000-$65,000 annually and bonus incentive.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain client relationships by building and nurturing relationships with potential clients, referral sources, and healthcare professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities by actively identifying and targeting new business opportunities within the assigned market.
Conduct market research, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to expand the client base.
Provide a consultative sales approach to understand the specific needs of clients and provide tailored solutions. This includes educating clients and referral sources about the benefits of home healthcare services and how they can meet the needs of patients.
Achieve established sales targets and goals within the assigned market. This involves setting sales strategies, tracking performance metrics, and adjusting tactics as necessary to ensure success.
Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met, and that the quality-of-service delivery is maintained.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred. Relevant degrees or credentials a plus.
At least three (3) years of previous experience with demonstrated success in growth-focused roles (sales, recruiting, account management, channel management, partnerships, marketing, or related).
Previous experience in the home health or Home Care Industry is required.
