The role is a Business Development/Sales Executive where you are expected to generate revenues for the company and to support Nbiz's products and services. Responsibilities
Execute IMS consultancy Sales (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSMS). Provide instruction and support to all IMS related projects. Perform sales for ISO Consultation, Documentation, implementation & trainings. Perform sales for EHSMS Consultation, Documentation, IMS & HSE awareness trainings. Generate your own leads/contacts to develop the market segment and growth. Market and sell Nbiz Infosol products and services; meet different prospects/clients to demonstrate and present products/services, understand business requirements, and prepare proposals/quotations as applicable. Attend tenders and requests (RFIs, RFPs, RFQs) on demand. Prepare content or presentations to satisfy client requirements and present to the client’s audience. Cross-sell Lead Auditors, Technical, PMP, CISA, etc. and Technical Infrastructure Projects in IT/InfoSec domains where applicable. Track all business development activities, analyze quarterly progress, and suggest new strategies based on findings. Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and represent the company professionally; liaise with Sales Team to promote opportunities and exchange information to increase professionalism. Maintain regular contact with key clients, and substitute for absent team members as needed. Be proficient in MS Office, Acrobat Professional, Corel Draw, and similar packages. Familiarize yourself with all products, training manuals, and Nbiz services. Occasionally conduct trainings to create market awareness. Multitask and substitute for absent colleagues when required. Communicate clearly with business users, both verbally and in writing; ensure communication is precise, official, and in good English. Process knowledge pertaining to IMS is desirable; auditor/lead auditor/awareness presentations on health and safety are positive attributes. Demonstrate a good attitude, work ethic, and alignment with company values and principles. Collaborate with other team members to fulfill official duties and help the organization grow to a higher level of maturity.
