We collaborate closely with media activation and account management teams, acting as a bridge between data and decision-making. What You’ll Do

Collaborate closely with media and client engagement teams to ensure data-driven insights are integrated into campaign strategies and execution.

Analyze campaign performance data within Tableau and other data sources to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.

Develop compelling narratives based on data analysis to communicate findings and recommendations effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including client presentations.

Proactively identify potential test and learn opportunities based on data insights and formulate hypotheses for experimentation.

Maintain and update the Smartsheet ecosystem, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow for campaign management. This includes building and updating formulas within Smartsheet to adapt to evolving business needs.

Contribute to the development and refinement of data activation processes and best practices.

Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in data analysis, visualization, and activation.

What You’ll Need

1-3 years of experience in an analytics role, preferably within the advertising industry

Proven ability to extract insights from data and translate complex information into clear, concise, and actionable recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor communication style to different audiences.

Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas and data manipulation techniques.

Experience with Tableau (creating and modifying dashboards, calculations) is strongly preferred.

Experience with Smartsheets, including building and updating formulas, is a nice to have.

The base salary range for this position at the time of this posting is indicated below. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. We offer a competitive benefits package. Salary range: $45,000—$100,000 USD. We believe the best work happens when we’re together, fostering creativity, collaboration, and connection. That’s why we’ve adopted a hybrid approach, with teams in the office an average of four days a week.
