Marketing Manager – Events & Field Marketing

Location: New York City

Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 (base + 10% bonus)

Schedule: Hybrid (NYC-based office presence required)

Travel: Approximately 1x per month (U.S.-based)

Overview Kelly Services is partnering with an international, Asia-focused organization to hire a Marketing – Events & Field Marketing Manager based in New York City. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who thrives in event execution, partner coordination, and field marketing—not business development or direct sales.

The role will work closely with internal sales and leadership teams to support marketing targets through high-impact events, trade shows, and partner programs. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events end to end—ensuring flawless logistics, strong brand presence, and meaningful post-event follow-through.

Responsibilities

Event & Field Marketing Execution: Plan and execute in-person and virtual events, trade shows, and industry conferences

Represent the organization on-site by managing booths, materials, vendors, and event logistics

Ensure all marketing collateral, signage, and materials are prepared and delivered on time

Manage event timelines, budgets, contracts, and vendor coordination

Oversee on-the-ground execution to ensure events run smoothly and professionally

Marketing & Partner Collaboration

Work closely with sales teams to align marketing activities with targets, priorities, and key events

Support lead generation and post-event follow-up tracking in collaboration with internal stakeholders

Coordinate with external partners, associations, and event organizers to maximize visibility and impact

Asia-Focused Business Engagement

Support marketing and event initiatives that engage executives and partners connected to the Asian and Asia-Pacific business economy

Collaborate on events and programs that promote cross-border business, trade, and investment opportunities involving Asia

Operations & Reporting

Track event outcomes, leads, and engagement metrics

Maintain organized documentation for events, vendors, and partners

Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices for event and field marketing efforts

Qualifications Required

5+ years of experience in marketing, field marketing, or event coordination

Proven experience planning and executing professional events and trade shows

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally with sales, leadership, vendors, and partners

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or marketing systems (Salesforce a plus)

Preferred

Familiarity with or strong interest in the Asian or Asia-Pacific business landscape

Experience supporting international, cross-border, or globally focused organizations

Background in B2B, institutional, or economic development marketing environments
