Are you passionate about building and scaling partnerships that drive business growth? As our Senior Partner Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic partner program that fosters a sustainable ecosystem of Referral Partners, Resellers, and Tech. Your role is crucial in identifying, recruiting, and enabling key partners to maximize revenue opportunities while ensuring strong collaboration between carbmee and our partner network. You will play a pivotal role in shaping carbmee’s Go-to-Market strategy by aligning partner initiatives with our business objectives, optimizing co-sell, resell, and referral models, and driving joint success with our partners. By fostering deep relationships, you will ensure partner satisfaction and long-term revenue growth. Your tasks
Build
and
maintain
strong
relationships
with key partners to drive revenue growth and ensure partner and customer satisfaction Develop
and
implement
a
partner program
that serves as the foundation for a scalable and sustainable partner ecosystem Monitor
CRM
(Salesforce) metrics, forecast sales activity and
analyze data
to
improve pipeline efficiency End-to-end
ownership of the
entire sales cycle
from
lead generation
and pre-qualification to negotiation and
final closing Manage
the entire
partner lifecycle
from recruitment, onboarding, and enablement to expansion, ensuring maximum revenue generation Act as the
key interface
between carbmee and its partners, executing
Go-to-Market
strategies, integrating
product roadmaps , and aligning
business objectives Design
and
implement
co-sell, resell, and
referral models , including partner business plans, to drive revenue impact Continuously
monitor
and
analyze
partner performance, ensuring targets are met and identifying areas for improvement Work
cross-functionally
with
internal teams
such as Sales, Marketing, and Product to ensure partner success Your profile
Proven track record in
building, developing,
and
managing
key partners in the
B2B SaaS
industry with a strong
revenue impact Experience in
managing partner performance
through effective
partner marketing campaigns, sales
initiatives, and
pipeline management Deep
understanding
of
industry
and
market trends , reseller ecosystems, partner business models, and economics Ability to identify
new business opportunities
through channel partners and drive partner engagement strategies Self-starter
with the ability to
create structures
where needed and thrive in a fast-paced environment Strong
communication
and
stakeholder management
skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners Fluent
in
English
and
German
