Role Description We are seeking a dedicated Sales and Marketing Specialist for an on-site, full-time role at our Pompano Beach, FL location. Daily responsibilities include identifying and engaging potential clients, maintaining strong customer relationships, executing sales strategies, and providing training to enhance team performance. In addition, the specialist will support marketing initiatives to expand the reach and success of our water treatment products and services. This role works closely with both the sales and customer service teams to achieve company goals.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to connect with clients and build meaningful relationships
Proven abilities in Sales and Sales Management, including the development and execution of effective sales strategies
Experience in Training team members and improving sales performance
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced, on-site environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the water treatment or home services industry is a plus
