Assistant Digital Editor - Hadassah Magazine
To provide editorial content for Hadassah Magazine’s editorial team and support its digital publications and programs. Responsibilities
Develop original digital content, including original stories, videos and social media posts Assist digital editor in maintaining and posting to Hadassah Magazine’s website Provide backup to digital editor for social media outreach Coordinate and communicate with magazine event/podcast guests Work with freelance writers to coordinate contracts and billing information Other duties as required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree, with journalism degree or focus a plus 2-3 years professional experience in a related field, with website and social media experience a must. Proficiency in working on Website CMS Proficiency using and developing audience engagement on all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and YouTube Experience creating and editing video/reels for social media Required Skills
Strong writing and editing skills Strong attention to detail Self-starter who is quick, efficient and capable of meeting tight deadlines Highly motivated and team-oriented Knowledge of Jewish landscape a plus Level
