Role Description
This is a volunteer, hybrid role for a Google Ads Manager based in Irvine, CA, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Google Ads Manager will oversee creating, managing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to raise awareness and engagement for the organization. Day-to-day responsibilities include keyword research, ad copy creation, monitoring campaign performance, analyzing metrics, and implementing data-driven strategies for improvement. This position plays a vital role in driving the visibility and outreach of our nonprofit initiatives. Qualifications
Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders Experience or knowledge in Sales, Marketing, and Advertising to create and manage impactful campaigns Project Management skills for maintaining timelines, coordinating tasks, and ensuring successful execution of advertising strategies Familiarity with Google Ads platform and tools, campaign optimization, and performance analysis Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a hybrid work environment Dedication to the mission of Happy Everyday and passion for community-building through mentoring
