Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute localized marketing and communication strategies to enhance Mammotion’s brand presence and influence in the North American market. Collaborate with the global marketing team to optimize localized content and messaging for North America, including the U.S. official website, Amazon storefronts, and social media platforms. Expand Mammotion’s brand partnerships in North America, including but not limited to third-party brand collaborations, sponsorships, and television or media programs. Plan and execute online and offline marketing activities for key North American retail channels (e.g., Walmart, Lowe’s, Home Depot). Manage in-store marketing initiatives, including offline materials, promotional events, and coordination with retail partners. Develop and support communication strategies for e-commerce platforms and retail media channels. Lead end-to-end event planning, including logistics coordination, vendor management, on-site execution, and post-event performance evaluation. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure channel and event initiatives align with regional business objectives. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and strong regional relevance. Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers as needed. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in marketing or communications, preferably with hands-on exposure to the North American market. Experience in event marketing, retail marketing, or channel marketing is strongly preferred. Basic understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social media analytics). Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, strong teamwork mindset, and a proactive, hands-on attitude. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Preferred Qualifications
Previous experience in consumer electronics, robotics, or outdoor lifestyle industries. Familiarity with CRM systems or marketing automation tools. Creative mindset with a strong interest in sustainability, technology, and innovation.
