Role Overview This role supports
Digital Store 2.0 marketing initiatives for 2026 , focusing on improving digital customer journeys through UX research, experimentation, lifecycle marketing, and content optimization. You will partner closely with UX, Product, Engineering, QA, and Acquisition teams.
Key Responsibilities
UX Research (20%)
Conduct UX research on existing experience and proposed features; create a brief with study objectives and scope; provide UX team feedback on study structure; support synthesis of findings; coordinate with UX on the test materials; translate findings into actionable insights.
A/B Testing & Experimentation (20%)
Identify opportunities for A/B testing; manage tests through completion including coordinating timelines and resources; work with UX on opportunities and mockups, and QA test layouts; examples of A/B tests: entry point placement & language, personalization approaches, information architecture, or CTA strategies.
Nurture Campaigns (20%)
Work with the Acquisition team to explore opportunities for lead nurture (e.g. lead forms, email, SMS text messaging) at key drop off points, create a plan for lead nurture campaign, work with UX and Product teams to execute.
UX Enhancements (20%)
Collaborate with the UX team on template enhancements, including tables and call outs, a “view all products” page
Assistant Integration (10%)
Work with the Assistant team to identify opportunities for Digital Store and correctly route any intents to native marketing experience rather than org website.
Content Development (5%)
Drive new and optimized content development, coordinate stakeholder and SME reviews, secure S24 approval.
Publishing (5%)
Publish any new updates as a federated publisher, following channel guidelines and operational procedures.
