Director, Growth and Partnerships

The Director of Growth and Partnerships will be part of the senior leadership team and responsible for developing complex company strategies and technologies and delivering daily tasks such as writing proposals and coordinating internal activities. EI is enjoying exponential revenue and bookings growth and has the opportunity to leverage a strong foundation of existing contracts and customer relationships. The Director is a new role focused on leveraging this foundation and broadening our business into new customer areas with a focus on markets where AI tools must be highly reliable and secure, including defense, intelligence, national security, manufacturing safety and quality control, health care, and others.

We are seeking to leverage and grow from our solid foundation of existing government programs and contracts to larger government programs and solutions, as well as expand into more commercial markets. The Director of Growth and Partnerships will create aggressive business development strategies while also sharing the scrappiness and work ethic to do the grunt work to implement them.

Enabled Intelligence delivers AI solutions designed to address specific business and mission needs of our customers. We work with our customers to identify potential AI solutions that directly and reliably add value to specific mission needs and then provide a combination of services and technologies to develop, test, deploy and maintain those bespoke AI solutions. EI provides all parts of an AI solution from organizing, cleaning and labeling raw data to building highly reliable AI software and tools, to managing the installation and maintenance of deployed AI models (and all the steps in between). This means we work closely with our clients through a highly consultative process to identify potential AI use cases that best meet customer needs. The Director of Growth and Partnerships leads these customer discussions and guides the customer and the company through the process of identifying meaningful uses of AI technologies and the steps needed to create and deliver these solutions.
