Title: Ads Operation Specialist (Billing and Finance)
Duration: 4 Months Contract
Location: Remote US
Pay rate: $60.00-$68.00/Hour
Responsibilities
Operational role with 3-5 years of relevant experience; sits within Ads New Ventures and provides operational backbone across Mid-Market and International advertisers, supporting scaled execution as these segments grow.
Owns critical revenue operations, including invoicing accuracy, QA, and campaign setup aligned to advertiser billing requirements.
Support programmatic enablement by managing Keys Programmatic operations such as audience and catalog distribution to partners, monitoring data feeds, and maintaining overall platform and data-sharing health. Collaborate cross-functionally to translate CX insights into tangible improvements; may build landing pages as needed.
Be technically agile and execution-oriented, with familiarity in retail media or AdOps; agency experience is a strong plus.
Serve as the primary owner of audience management in Hightouch, responsible for all audience builds, health checks, and acting as a technical lead as the team explores future audience and clean room solutions.
Accountable for internal documentation: owning the Ads New Ventures Wiki, proactively creating and updating SOPs, auditing accuracy, and ensuring new processes and changes are clearly documented as the business scales.
Demonstrate comfort working across data platforms and CMS tools, a proactive problem-solving mindset, and the ability to operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Qualifications
3-5 years of relevant experience in operations related to ads, billing, or finance.
Familiarity with retail media or AdOps; agency experience is a strong plus.
Technical agility and hands-on approach; experience with audience management tools (e.g., Hightouch) and programmatic operations.
Ability to own and document processes, create SOPs, and maintain clear internal documentation.
Comfort working with data platforms and CMS tools, and ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-growth environment.
