Our Financial Crime Risk Product and Delivery team, part of Macquarie's Risk Management Group, is dedicated to delivering innovative solutions for transaction monitoring and intelligent risk detection. Working on the Contextual Monitoring project, the team partners across the organisation to implement advanced business solutions that strengthen our approach to financial crime risk management. As a Senior Business Analyst, you will lead the analysis and definition of solutions for our transaction monitoring programme. You will collaborate with business, technology, and data stakeholders to shape the future operating model, systems, processes, and controls. Throughout the delivery lifecycle, you will work closely with project and programme leadership, covering a broad range of areas including technology, policies, and data, while engaging stakeholders from multiple groups and divisions. What you offer

5+ years’ experience as a lead or senior business analyst within institutional banking or financial services Experience delivering data-focused projects and collaborating with technology teams Proven ability to lead and facilitate workshops with diverse stakeholders Strong skills in project analysis, including documentation of business requirements, use cases, and future state proposals Excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and attention to detail Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to connect dependencies across workstreams and anticipate risks Experience in Quantexa solutions is highly regarded.
