This role will play a vital part in operationalizing a unified and differentiated brand presence across segments, regions, and touchpoints. **Responsibilities:*** Support execution of Citi Wealth’s global brand strategy and identity system across channels and regions.* Partner with internal teams including design, content, and marketing to support the development and execution of brand and campaign work.* Manage timelines, workflows, and deliverables for brand initiatives to ensure timely and consistent execution across stakeholders.* Conduct research and benchmarking to inform creative development, messaging, and visual expression.* Support ongoing competitive and category analysis, using insights to inform brand and creative direction* Contribute to the development, maintenance, and adoption of brand guidelines, visual toolkits, and internal communications to promote brand system understanding and adoption.* Help ensure consistency in design, voice, and messaging across marketing, content, and sales materials.* Coordinate with external agencies, creative vendors, and internal contributors to support the delivery of high-quality brand assets.* Support presentations and storytelling to advocate for the brand internally and externally.* Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.* 10+ years of experience in brand strategy, marketing execution, or creative operations.* Demonstrated experience supporting large-scale brand initiatives and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.* Familiarity with visual identity systems, brand guidelines, and campaign toolkits.* Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.* Confident communicator with a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.* Comfortable working with creatives, marketers, and senior stakeholders alike.* Strong sense of visual and narrative brand strategy.* Organized and proactive project manager with an ability to manage multiple priorities.* Curious, adaptable, and driven to elevate brand execution.* Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude.* Passionate about delivering a best-in-class client experience through creative and consistent brand storytelling. #J-18808-Ljbffr
