Location: Wheat Ridge, CO (Hybrid / Field Sales)
Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000/year base salary + commissions + bonuses
Schedule: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)

The construction industry is going electrified. We are expanding in the Colorado market (and beyond) with radiant heat cable solutions for multifamily developments, industrial warehouses, and government projects.
What You Will Do
Hunt & Close:
Identify new construction opportunities in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Turn cold leads into long-term accounts.
Build Relationships:
Network with General Contractors, Electrical Installers, and Developers. You are the face of the brand.
Consultative Selling:
Provide solutions, deliver presentations, and negotiate terms that work for the client and the company.
Manage the Territory:
Track wins in our CRM, manage the pipeline from lead to close, and analyze market trends to stay ahead of the competition.
What We Need From You
Experience:
5+ years of sales experience (Construction, Electrical, or Industrial sales preferred).
Industry Knowledge:
Understanding electrical systems, blueprints, or the construction bid process.
The "IT" Factor:
Self-motivated, organized, and confident. You drive calls and sales activity.
Tech Savvy:
Proficient in CRM software and comfortable working remotely.
Mobility:
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle (Mileage reimbursement provided).
The Compensation Package
$80,000 – $100,000 Base Salary (Based on experience)
Lucrative Commission Structure + Year-End Bonuses
