Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission!

Snider Fleet Solutions is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional OTR Sales Representative to drive growth and build strong business relationships. In this role, you will focus on expanding our commercial tire business while promoting all our product and service lines. As Regional OTR Sales Representative, you will be responsible for increasing customer loyalty, nurturing B2B relationships and consistently going the "extra mile"

Responsibilities

Develop and execute a sales plan for the region to retain current and/or obtain new OTR business

Prospect and qualify potential new OTR customers

Design and present proposals that align with customer needs and budget

Assist with onboarding new clients and managing customer accounts

Manage and execute client account analysis, preparation, and communication of client proposals/quotes, additional reporting requirements, and/or special client projects

Assist the region Branch locations with any warehouse and service needs, as they arise

Lead in implementation of customer programs at region level

Facilitate communication with Branch Managers and OTR Branch staff

Qualifications

3-5 years of outside sales experience (commercial tire industry strongly preferred)

2+ years of experience in the OTR industry

Proven track record of new account development and strong negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Word/Excel

Leadership skills and the ability to analyze customer programs for profitability

Valid Driver’s License and insurable by company standards

Ability to pass background check and drug screen

Skills and Abilities

Strong problem-solving skills and customer service-oriented

Strong skills in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and operate other software (AS400, SAP, BTN, etc.)

Must have strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills, as well as close attention to detail

Superior customer service and communication skills (both written and verbal)

Ability to multi-task, work effectively under pressure and time constraints

Ability to interact with all levels within the organization and client base

Requires the ability to identify new opportunities for growth

Demonstrate strong analytical thinking and business insight
