Business Development & Placement Specialist
We are seeking a Business Development & Placement Specialist to become an integral part of our team! You will gauge sales opportunities and provide extensive customer service to all clients.
Responsibilities
Educate and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
Reach agreed upon sales targets by deadline
Close and follow up on sales transactions
Investigate and resolve customer issues and complaints
Network and build relationships with new and existing client base
Qualifications
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
Deadline and detail-oriented
Ability to build rapport with clients
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $30 per hour
Minimum Commitment: 20 hours per week
Commission: 25% of the first month’s gross resident fee for each successfully placed long-term resident
Commission payable after 30 days of resident retention and receipt of payment
Schedule
Minimum two (2) onsite days per week at the Virginia office
Saturday is considered a regular business day
Performance Bonus
$1,500 retention bonus payable after 90 days of continuous employment, subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement to renew employment.
Employment Terms & Conditions
Employee will follow Company policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
Overtime subject to applicable law.
Employee eligible for payroll tax withholding.
